3. When will my package be delivered?

As our customer, you will receive an e-mail about the order confirmation. You will subsequently receive an SMS message from the delivery service with your package tracking number, which you can track here:

4. The product is damaged, what can I do?

If your product arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize. Send the damaged product back to us and send us a photo of it via email, and we will send you a new product within 14 days.

5. The product is not the same as ordered, what can I do?

If your product does not match the one ordered, send it back to us and write to us at the e-mail address %s or call us at our telephone number %s to arrange a replacement of the product. We will send the product to you within 14 days and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
