Glad to be able to breath again. Used the strips to sleep and was impressed with adhesion and breathing improvements. Also used during my bike rides both endurance and tempo rides, super impressed with improvements for breathing. Completed a 4 hour ride in south Florida heat and no issues. Make sure to wipe clean nose area before putting on, will improve adhesion.

I've had to lie in a side position where the side of my thumb presses my nostril open so that I can breathe while trying to sleep since a car accident 30 years ago. My husband bought these for me since he knows I struggle to sleep due to my nasal passages collapsing, and they WORK! Best night sleep in decades!

My husband has always had a deviated septum and snores like a bear, none of the other snore-aid/nose strips have ever made a difference, and usually pop off at some point throughout the night. I’ve tried the strips which have been helpful, but this is a game changer. It pulls my nose out much more allowing me to breath better than I ever have in my life. I use it to sleep and love the product, I will say, there have been a couple times where it came off, but that’s due to rolling around. And only once did the sticker come off. WORTH TRYING. If you don’t like it return it! But you won’t want to return it

They may seem pricey at first, but they are the best on the market. Buying refill magnets is unnecessary and a waste, you can buy the 3M Healthcare Transpore Standard Hypoallergenic Porous Plastic Surgical Tape and cut little squares and reuse the magnets. Do yourself a favor and stop wasting money on other products.
